Returns & Refund Policy
We offer a 10-day return policy. You have 10 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Approved returns will be issued as either a refund to the original form of payment or store credit, at our discretion.
Defective items issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    •    In the same condition as received
    •    Unworn and unused
    •    With original tags attached
    •    In original packaging
    •    Free of smells, perfume, pet hair, or makeup stains
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
To start a return, please email us at maddierayneboutique@gmail.com. Once approved, returns must be sent to the return address listed on your package.
Please note: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
